Rollins College, Facilities Building

The first floor comprises receiving and warehouse space while the second floor is split between office space and shops. Built a stone’s throw way from campus and alongside a railroad track, the architecture makes a departure from the Spanish mediterranean style prevalent on campus and instead adopts a vernacular reminiscent of historic train depots with its extended roof overhangs, prominent roof brackets, and wood overhead garage doors. Project designed under bca architecture.
