Built over 80 years old, the Rice Family Pavilion is one of the oldest buildings on Rollins picturesque campus. It had served as the college’s bookstore for the past 30 years. The purpose of this project was to convert it back to its original use, as the main campus hall for lectures, dining, and receptions. Ornate precast concrete columns highlight the round lobby building addition. The lobby’s rotunda has become a focal point on campus.
Project designed under bca architecture.
