Located across the street from Winter Park Memorial Hospital, the 20,000 square foot, two-story building mixes traditional building materials with innovative construction methods. The use of exterior tilt-up concrete walls provided a cost efficient construction method while the use of a clay tile roofing system with wood support brackets help make the architecture fit
in with the historic character of the city of Winter Park. The design is based on Spanish Revival architecture that is prevalent throughout the area.
